Cabin size - random detail

I can't seem to go an hour or so without having a new question. :-)

You know how each cabin class gives square footage as a range? Like my balcony says "237-307" - that's a pretty big range. Is there a site that tells you really how big your cabin is? Or what makes up the difference? Is that balcony space? All of the balcony cabins show the same range - so what gives?

The interior size of the actual stateroom, on the starboard and port sides of the ship, are identical. It is the balcony sizes in some categories that are a little different. Princess adds the stateroom square footage and balcony square footage together, that is why the numbers vary from 237-307.

I believe handicapped staterooms are also larger in interior size and/or balcony size and these are listed in the cabin size ranges which makes it even more confusing. Since some of the balcony categories include balcony cabins on Caribe deck which have larger balconies, they tend to be the one with the largest total square footage.
