I understand that prescription meds can be purchased in PR without an RX. Antibiotics, Viag*ra, cial*is, retin A and the like. Can anyone confirm this?

That is completely false.

 

You must have Puerto Rico confused with Mexico, or some other Latino country.

 

Puerto Rico is a US Territory and, as such, are subject to the same FDA regulations the cover prescription medications as the rest of the States.
