Tortuga Rum in New Orleans?

Hello everyone!

 

Does anyone know if Tortuga Rum is sold in any of the liquor stores in New Orleans? We bought some when we went to Grand Cayman a couple of years ago and loved it. We were so excited to hear they now sold it in the US however I have been unable to find it in the northern US and of course they don't sell it in Canada at all! :(

I don't know, but wouldn't be surprised if it was.

 

The US distributor is Gemini and they are owned by a New Orleans business, Sazarac.

Thanks nola. I did email them and they gave me the name of a distributor there, however I will have to have it ordered in. Since we will be there next weekend I don't think it there will be enough time to order it. I guess I will just try my luck by hoping to find it in one of the stores.
