marie61 Posted January 22, 2009 #3 Share Posted January 22, 2009 My husband and I did. Why not? It is easier to prevent hepatitis than it is to cure it.
KLLund Posted January 22, 2009 #4 Share Posted January 22, 2009 Hubby and I got the Hep A & B when we went to Asia .. very expensive but once is all you will ever need them and it was recommended when traveling in that part of the world. I would not have bothered otherwise.
pj-atsea Posted January 22, 2009 #5 Share Posted January 22, 2009 I did, because those commercials always seem to show nice resort type places when telling you about Hep A and B...pj:)
Toto2Kansas Posted January 22, 2009 #6 Share Posted January 22, 2009 All we have ever had is the tetanus shot and made sure it's up to date. Have never gotten a Hep A or B and don't plan on it. And we have cruised all over the world except to South America, as I refuse to get a yellow fever shot.
Druke I Posted January 22, 2009 #7 Share Posted January 22, 2009 I had Hep A & B as a condition of continued employment (first responder). The employer also ensured that our tetanus was current.
