Hi!

I'm single & travel 3 times year RCI (aiming for 4 times.)

Diamond member. Went on Celebrity- c'mon boooooring!

Are there any specials for single travelers?

When I ask RCI there are no real answers. Any suggestions?

Occasionally really close to the sailing dates you'll find a singles supplement of 125-175% but not frequently and usually on the less than 7 night cruises.

 

One thing, if you are looking to book online, check to see what they are offering for 2 people, before you search for single's fares. Sometimes they will offer guarantees, but they usually only show up online for 2 people. But if you call, they will usually allow you to book those guarantees for only 1 person - it requires the CSR to do some extra work so if the person says no, hang up and call back and see if you get someone else.

I am single and I cruise once a year (most recently Majesty-Oct 2008) and I only save $100 from the posted (2 person) fare.

If you can book tonight and sail Thursday Grandeur has a special based on their Tuesday specials...150% single supplement. There are a couple others but I think there is only 10 minutes left to at least hold a cabin.
