Split-Trogir bus

Two part question: Can the fare of the bus from Split to Trogir be paid in Euro's or does it need to be paid in Kuna's? Is the ticket bought in the station or do you pay the driver? Thanks!

No it can't be paid in euros, but there are so many ATM-s (is this correct word for the cash machine?) on your way from ship to Trogir bus station. You can buy your tickets directly from the driver of the bus.

We just did this in Nov '08 and the bus station is really close to the ship, we went just a smidgen past it and had no problem using an ATM, bought our tickets from the driver. Trogir is fascinating, the driver told us where to get off, be sure to ask him where you board again- fortunately he told us, it's about a block before the drop off- the Trogir bus station and easy to locate.
