PrePaid Gratuities

First time cruisers. We have pre paid all our gratuities through our travel agency. When we get on board will the waitstaff, etc. know this before hand or will they wait for a tip. Thanks for any info

They'll be notified that you have pre-paid.

And if they go 'above and beyond' they'll gladly accept a 'cash' stipend!:) BUT, it isn't necessary...
