Freeport Sail/Snorkel excursion help

We are on the Sensation in May, docking in Freeport one day. We wanted to take a catamaran/snorkel excursion while in freeport. There are 2 excursions offered by carnival that we are looking at, but the descriptions are short...Has anyone ever gone on either of these and can you tell me more about it than it sails and snorkels (which is all the desc. says). Also, do you know the vendors that are used for these tours?
