Vans to Horseshoe Bay?

I am taking my children and grandchildren to Bermuda this July. There will be 8 of us plus one 2 yr old. I was wondering is anyone knows if there are vans available at Kings Warf that will accomodate 9 people? Do I need to make arrangments before we sail? I went there a few years ago and took the bus but it was a very long wait and I'm not sure all of us could get on the same bus. Thanks for any ideas

I am fairly sure but not certain that there aren't many such vans on the island. Cabs take a max of 6.

 

If you arrange with the bus company for a private "van" they normally send a regular bus. So if you want to make arrangements for something different you have to make arrangements in advance.

From Kings Wharf (Dockyard) they run express buses directly to Horseshoe Bay beach. You should be able to get everyone on one bus. The buses hold at least 30 people.

Thank you both for the good information. I'm checking out the site you suggested now. I did not know that there was a bus specifically for Horseshoe Bay. That's great.
