We are departing on theCelebrity Infiniti, 14 days Buenos Aires to Chile. There are many shore trips to see the penguins, which are the best. Or is it better to obtain a trip other than those from Celebrity?

Magdalena IKsland in Punta Arenas is one of the best locations. My advice is to try to see them early in the cruise in case a later port is missed or penguins are gone. Depends on your departure. You will get more responses if you post this on the Ports of Call - South America board.

In Punta Arenas most cruise lines offer the shore excursion that will take you to Ottway Bay. I highly recommend this.

Not sure if you are stopping in the Falkland Islands but another great place to see the Penguins.

Question, when is your cruise? When you go will be a factor as to how many penguins you will see.
