Vip ecstasy boarding

I got a quick question if anyone can help me.....hubby and I leave Sat on the Ecstasy. We have VIP boarding due to booking a suite. Do we just go to the doors by the escalators or do we have to wait in the line outside (if there is one)?

I don't wanna make anyone mad "cutting" in line.;)

Thanks to anyone who can help.

When you first walk in the room upstairs, there is a set of "cattle movers" with someone standing at the end checking your boarding documents. That person should see that you are VIP and point you in the right direction. If they don't catch it, you may need to point it out to them.

There are two sets of x-ray machines. The one on the left was designated as VIP last time for us, but no one was working at it. They directed us to the front of the line for the other machine (only bypassing about 5 people at the time). Then we were directed to the little room to the left to finish our check-in. After that, we were pointed to the photo area. This is where you might want to request an escort. We were just directed across the room, and I felt kind of bad "cutting" in line in front of a bunch of people. They had no idea we were VIP. From there, you should head up the gangway to board the ship. I don't know if you're still supposed to be able to bypass any line here or not -- we were told no by a cranky security guard. Again, an escort might be helpful.

Good luck and have fun!

We will be on that cuise as well. The vip is nice, especially leaving. You get of the boat first, meaning NO lines! We will be in a group of 100. It will be the cruizin with Kimmy group. Feel free to join us as we will be doing some neat stuff. :o

I've done it several times and unfortunately, you will have to wait in line until you get to the glass doors and up the escalator and then you get to the VIP line and lounge.

Truely, I wish it were different but that's the way it is but it's worth it all!

You mean there has been a line all the way down the stairs when you arrived? Wow! What time do you usually get there? I usually try to arrive 10.30-11.30 and have always gone straight upstairs.
