CSA Travel Protection

Has anyone used this travel insurance? I think we may have been signed up through Seamiles when we booked our cruise. We have 10 days to cancel but I've never heard of them before and need to know asap if I should cancel. Thanks in advance.

CSA is a good insurance company, based in San Diego. They offer some of the better coverages and have some of the more inclusive policies around. It's certainly much better than the cruise line insurance.

CSA has a good rating and provides much better coverages than Carnival's Berkely Policy, at better rates. We've purchased CSA Freestyle Policy twice, but have never had to file a claim. ken

My wife and cruise at least once a year and we always use CSA. We also use it for other travel.

I would HIGHLY recommend CSA- Last Nov we had to cancel our cruise on the Glory 3 days before we were to set sail- it took us about 45 days to get our claim settled but we were refunded 100% of our money. We will never cruise without CSA insurance again.
