Trouble with Carnival Website?

I have not been able to get on in the last month (just on the modify) I finally called Carnival tech support yesterday, He went under my user name and pulled up just fine, he said must be my computer, I have tried from home and work. Anyway, He emailed the modify page, I was just trying to see if my room had been assigned yet..

Try deleting your cookie for carnival. Sometimes it resets by doing that. If the cookie is defective from your computer at least by deleting it and starting over, it might clear it out. It's worked for me in the past.

 

 

Tools, internet options, delete cookies.......
