All is well on Balmoral. After a number of people having the Virus and the Pirate incident we are being treated very well. The Captain has been absolutely superb and a 40 minute explanation was made by him today as to what happened on Tuedsay. Have faith and book - it is a good Ship to have a Holiday on.

We were on the Boudicca a couple of years back, and friends of ours in their fifties caught it; a similar thing happened on the Sea Princess the year before I'm not sure that the virus 'chooses' older people, though of course it is true that the older you are, the more susceptible to viruses you become

welwyngirl, I'm sorry you obviously did not enjoy Balmoral. From memory, you were on the rather ill-fated Verde Islands cruise; was there anything in particular that you didn't enjoy? (apart from the rather major fact that you never actually docked at the Islands, of course).
