Stopping in Nassau - Atlantis Question

We are cruising on the Glory and will be pulling into Nassau on the 23rd of October. The question: Does the Atlantis Beach Excursion (with lunch) allow you to use the resort pools? We know it doesn't include the water park and that is fine but can we use the resort pools and lagoon?
