Dolphin Encounter Confirmation

I submitted our online reservation request yesterday morning and I have not yet received a confirmation. I know they have to check time slots and all that good stuff, but I thought I would receive an email within 24 hours.

 

How long have you guys waited before getting a confirmation?

Did you book through the Dolphin place directly? We just tried to book through them and we received a response about 2 days later that all the slots had been purchased by the cruise ship and that we would have to go through Carnival.

Thanks! I heard back about available timeslots this afternoon (I did book directly with them). The 8:30, 1:30 and 3:30 were the only ones available.

 

We're going for the 8:30, but now I'm concerned we may have trouble if we dock late. We are supposed to dock at 7:00 and we will have left Coco-Cay at 5:00 the day before. Surely there wouldn't be too much of a problem getting off the ship and to their ferry terminal by 8:30. What do you think?
