Depending on your ship's timing you could look into Native Ways tour called "Rays, Reef and Rum Point" It costs $50pp but does include lunch and refreshments (not booze!) and lasts 5 hrs. I've included Sharon's response to my email request.

"Greetings from Grand Cayman... and thanks for contacting us!

I have reserved 2 spaces for you on our February 9, AM "Rays, Reef, and Rum
Point" tour. The reservation # is ........ The price is $50 per person. I will
call to get your credit card number to guarantee your arrival. Your credit
card will not be charged for the tour, just used to insure that you will show
up. You will pay on our tour boat. We accept cash, Traveler's Checks,
MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

The tour leaves the pier at 9 AM Eastern Time and completes around 2 PM
Eastern Time. We ask that you check in around 8:15 AM Eastern Time AND no
later than 8:45 AM Eastern Time. When you come ashore, look for the
person carrying the sign that says Native Way Watersports. You may also ask
for us at the information booth at North Terminal.

We provide all snorkeling gear, food for the Rays, pick up from the pier,
and complimentary punch and bottled water. At Rum Point, you will be provided
with a nice grilled lunch. After the tour, you will have two options for drop
off: back to the pier, or, at 7-mile beach (where you can taxi back to the
pier at any time for $4 per person).

We ask that you provide at lease 72 hours advance notice to cancel. If you
do not cancel and do not show up, your credit card will be charged for 50% of
the cost of the tour. If your ship is unable to dock in Grand Cayman, we will
automatically cancel your reservation, at no cost to you.

Let me know if you have any other questions. I look forward to seeing you
in Grand Cayman on February 9!

I booked with Soto's earlier this week. It is $24.00 and for 3 hours. I had them re-iterate everything to confirm the specifics. That is what I was told: $24 per person and 3 hours.

I wonder when the change takes effect? I am booked for 12/14/04
