CB Lido Deck cabin question

What is that blank space between L105 and L217? Is it a noisy crew area? Do the inside cabins that back up onto that space have any issues with noise (banging carts, or similar sounds)? We're looking at L208 and L212?

I was also wondering if there were any other issues with these Lido deck cabins, such as the smell of chlorine from the pool area wafting through.

We always book the Lido deck and have never had any problems at all. We've been on the Lido on both the Crown and Caribbean Princess and have a Lido cabin booked on the Ruby this coming summer.
