Dune buggies, bikes, fishing excursions

I'm interested in learning more about these excursions. It sounds like the dune buggy excursion is all day, and it doesn't sound like a resort is included. Would this be fun for my 9 yr old boy?

 

Then there seems to be an alternative excursion that includes biking and go karts and also includes facilities at a resort. Sounds like a lot of action, yet time to relax and swim also.

 

Finally, deep sea fishing would be a unique experience. Are the chances pretty good that we would catch something in early April.

 

So many choices in Cozumel, any help would be appreciated.
