Food stations on Princess

For my upcoming May wedding, I have requested all the food stations that Princess had to offer (ham carving, shrimp fountain, pasta, roast beef, cheese and fruit).

 

For those of you who have had these stations for your wedding, how much of a spread do you receive (i.e. how many choices of pasta are in the pasta station?).

 

Anymore information on these would be greatly appreciated!
