Venice restaurants???

My group of 6 has already decided to eat our last night of the cruise in Venice. The ship is docked overnight, and then we disembark in the morning. Can anyone suggest a wonderful restaurant, not necessarily the priciest, but the best view and food????? Actually looked at the Hotel Danieli and thought we could eat there. But these boards never fail you. Thanks in advance for your help.
