What should I use to find the best deal? Also, which would be the most reliable to use. I would be willing to spend a few extra dollars to make sure someone is available if a situation arises. I'm looking at doing a Princess cruise to Alaska in 2010.

We have used on-line TA's for 13 cruises and have never had a problem getting help if needed.

A good TA is worth the weight in gold. I am a TA and I am always looking out for my clients be checking current prices, up until the time they sail and doing research for them on excursions, hotels, etc. Be careful of some online agents, because some will charge a fee if anything is changed, including price decreases.
