Need help from cc experts

Although I am Platinum our next cruise will be using our new passports for the firs time. I am having a hard time getting the Princess website (Cruise Personalizer and my Princess) to accept our new passport information. Is there some "trick" I need to know about how to do this? Also, it seems my personal information diverted back to our old phone number and e-mail address although it shows our new home address. Help!

 

Hope someone can advise me on how to get the right info into Princess.

Jackie, I know you might laugh at this, but are you clicking on the 'save and continue' button at the bottom after changing the information?

I just had a similar problem ('puter kept reverting to DH's info). Try putting curser behind the last number that is 'auto filled', then delete EACH one at a time. Once area is blank, put new info in. Pain, but that's the ony way it worked for me!

I did click on Save and Continue so that isn't it. I deleted the wrong information but did it by highlighting from the first character forward and that didn't work for me either. I'll try calling 1-800-Princess and see if that takes care of it for me.

 

Thanks a lot everyone. I'll let you know how I make out.
