NEW YORK LADY2 Posted February 22, 2009 #1 Share Posted February 22, 2009 Although I am Platinum our next cruise will be using our new passports for the firs time. I am having a hard time getting the Princess website (Cruise Personalizer and my Princess) to accept our new passport information. Is there some "trick" I need to know about how to do this? Also, it seems my personal information diverted back to our old phone number and e-mail address although it shows our new home address. Help! Jackie Jackie, I know you might laugh at this, but are you clicking on the 'save and continue' button at the bottom after changing the information? Try putting curser behind the last number that is 'auto filled', then delete EACH one at a time. Once area is blank, put new info in. Pain, but that's the ony way it worked for me! cdngrl Posted February 22, 2009 #6 Share Posted February 22, 2009 may be a related issue: i had to call the captains circle and get a new number. it kept putting my daughter's info in my bio. i'd change it and it would switch back. there's a glitch in the system somewhere. I deleted the wrong information but did it by highlighting from the first character forward and that didn't work for me either.
