Uxmal vs. Chichinitzen

Just want to let the cruising community know of the great tour we had to Uxmal- booked through the Carnival Glory- It was an incredibly beautiful city. Check out Mayaruins.com and find Uxmal- You won't be sorry if you take this trip. Our guide Victor told the history with such sincerity and love for his culture that I was at the edge of my seat listening. After we reached the site, he guided us for about an hour then we were on our own exploring for another hour. I still can't believe they let you climb to the tops of these humungous pyramids. And the pictures we got were amazing. Not enough lawyers there, yet, I guess. Anyway, if you get the chance, do it. I have not been to Chichinitzen to compare them, but Uxmal was glorious.
