Do Not Use Smart Rent a Car

We had arranged a rental car with Smart Rent a Car for our upcoming visit to Aruba on Adventure of the Seas. A week before our cruise I emailed them to remind them of our rental for the day and received another confirmation stating they would be waiting at cruise terminal.

We arrived in Aruba, got off the ship and waited. No Car!

After about 30 mins. we borrowed a cell phone and called Smart Rent a Car, only to be told the car was on the way.

So we waited, no car! We called again and were told the car would arrive in 10 mins.........we waited. No Car! We were forced to find a car at another car rental agency and had to take what they had left.

This poor customer service and lack of dependability forced me to write this review. I don't want another customer to have the experience that we had.

All these delays shortened our day of enjoying and touring Aruba.
