Forward vs. Aft balcony on Pearl

Any differences in quality / experience for a forward balcony on Pearl vs. an aft balcony?

 

I don't feel I'm getting the straight story from my cruise consultant... He says that rooms are priced differently based on location, but won't give me any info on what the differences are based on... I booked a guarantee balcony cabin, and the lowest category is BE, located on deck 8 forward, above the theater. Of course, I could end up with a better balcony category, but if I do end up with the deck 8 forward, any watch-outs?
