what should we do?

We will be in Cozumel in april of 05 with our two teenage boys. We will be sailing on Carnival's Miracle. What should we do in cozumel? We dont want to snorkel, since we will be snorkeling in Belize. Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks

Do a Discover scuba trip and forget that snorkeling stuff. Or not, but that is what I would do as Cozumel is one of the premier diving destinations in the Caribbean.

 

Whatever you do, make an effort to find something other than the ship's excursions. You can often do almost the exact same trip for less and have a more personalized experience if you make your own arrangements.

 

Coz mini-golf might be good.

Horseback riding

Visit the museum in town

Rent a car and drive around the island. The map from http://www.cancunmap.com/cozumel_map.html would be a wise purchase even if you don't want to rent a car. This is more than a map, it is an interesting visitors guide too.
