How will daylight savings time effect my cruise?

It will depend on your itinerary. Many islands do not observe daylight saving time at all. Only the United States changes time in early March. Other nations such as Mexico will not move their clocks ahead for another month.

Los Angeles is in the Pacific time zone, UTC -8 When daylight saving time takes effect on March 8, Los Angeles will move clocks ahead one hour to UTC -7

Cabo San Lucas and Mazatlan are in the Mountain time zone, UTC -7 They will not change clocks until April.

Puerto Vallarta is in the Central time zone UTC -6 and will not change time until April.

So, it looks like your port stops will be on the same time as Los Angeles, with the exception of Puerto Vallarta which will be one hour ahead. I doubt the ship will change shiptime for just the one stop but anything is possible.
