Best Credit Card Rewards Program

I'm looking for a new credit card rewards program that can be used with Carnival or other companies. My old favorite one has just raised its interest rates across the board to 17.9%. Even though I pay it off each month, things can happen and I don't want to get stuck with that high of a rate. Of course they said if the economy gets better that they will be lowering it but I'm tired of being penalized for everyone else's bad financial decisions!

 

I like the RCCL one but not enough to pay their higher cruise prices to get the rewards.
