Obc ???

Alright just checking with the experts

For an upcoming cruise I supposedly have

Next Cruise OBC

C&A coupon OBC

Sockholder OBC

Fuel Supplement Refund

Travel Agent OBC

The question is ... If I am unable to use all of this OBC is all of the balance returned to my credit card used for the sea pass?

When they deduct from the OBC do they pull from any certain credit first or is there a specific order?

Is there a possibilty to lose any of these unused funds at the end of the cruise?

Below is all the money you will be receiving from RCI......so it is THEIR MONEY. You use it or lose it. C&A Coupon is not an OBC but $$$ off your cruise

Next Cruise OBC

Sockholder OBC

Below is YOUR MONEY..............so you should get back what you do not spend..

Fuel Supplement Refund

Travel Agent OBC

Unfortunately I have not tested the new procedures yet.............hopefully someone who has sailed can give you their actual experience.

My parents were on Jewel a couple weeks ago and were told THEIR money for OBC is used first THEN RC's OBC. They had next cruise OBC (RC money) , Visa points OBC (their money), and ended up with a canceled excursion refunded for OBC (their money). The canceled excursion OBC (of couse it was the most expensive one they had booked) got used first so they ended up with some leftover Visa point OBC and Next Cruise OBC. They aren't drinkers or gamblers so didn't spend alot of money onboard. The customer service desk wouldn't let them get the leftover next cruise OBC as cash so they got it from the casino minus the 3% service fee. They could get the leftover Visa OBC as cash at the customer service desk with no fee but they had to get it on the last evening of the cruise.
