Cruise Personaliser

:confused:Have just tried to get into Cruise personaliser for upcoming cruise in Sun Princess in July 09, tried the P&O australia site but didn't let me in, tried Princess site and that won't let me in either. Can anyone who has been in Sun Princess recently tell me where or if Cruise personaliser works for these cruises.

We are sailing Sun Princess next month and last year I had some initial problems with the personaliser (I also use an s not a z). I had the right booking code (6 digit alpha) but apparently the booking had slightly miss spelt my name so I was not recognised.

 

I had my TA fix it and all was good. I suggest you do likewise.

I had trouble accessing the cruise personalizer earlier today. We are booked on The Sun Princess. I tried a few times with no luck, left it for about an hour and tried again. It worked.

I don't know if it was a glitch in the system but it did eventually work.......

I secretly was hoping because the upgrade fairy was at work, but no such luck.

Thanks to you both for the help, my surname has an ' in it so I deleted that and it worked so it was a combination of my name and the fact the page probably wasn't working when I tried, so now I know how to do it.
