JJPacer Posted March 7, 2009 #1 Share Posted March 7, 2009 I'm thinking of taking a NB cruise with a land tour to Danali, Mt. McKinley. When I looked for cruises on Carnival sight, I only found the NB cruise. No mention, that I could find, of the land tour? Does Carnival offer a land tour? I liked the itinerary. Thanks. JJPacer Posted March 7, 2009 Author #2 Share Posted March 7, 2009 I assume since no one has responded, that Carnival does not offer a land excursion after a NB Alaska cruise. Other cruise lines do. I'll look into those. Thanks.
lorilea Posted March 8, 2009 #3 Share Posted March 8, 2009 Have you thought about planning your own land tour after your cruise? From what I've read over on the Alaska boards, it's the way to go. We're doing a SB cruise and have planned our own land for 5 nights before hand. Again, loads of info on the Alaska board. Good luck!
travelbug45 Posted March 8, 2009 #4 Share Posted March 8, 2009 I have a 2009 Carnival Alaskan Cruise Vacation Tour/Cruise Brochure. Carnival does offer land tours for before or after a cruise. There is a 4-day itinerary that includes a tour of Anchorage and Denali Park. There is another 5 day tour that offers Anchorage, Denail, and Fairbanks Gold mining and riverboat cruise. The tour is offered before your cruise if you are cruising Southbound, and after if you are cruising the Northbound route.
