This is my first cruise and I have read conflicting info about a few things, maybe someone can help clear up a few things.

If I order breakfast from room service is that a free meal? And I am a very heavy coffee drinker is coffee available 24/7 or only with meals? Would it be best to bring my own coffee to make in the room? I dont know if room catagory makes a difference but Im in a BC room. Also are there hair dryers in these rooms? All info really appreciated! Getting really excited about this trip, this is my first cruise and also my first time to FL! :)

A room service breakfast is free, but you should tip for delivery.

 

A hair dryer will be in the room. Ours was in the desk/vanity drawer. Not the bathroom.

 

I'm not sure about the coffee. You can get it anytime the buffet is open.

We didn't have a coffee maker in our balcony. But, it's available 24/7 at the buffet and many places throughout the ship.

 

The hairdyer was in the drawer in the desk/vanity.

You can also order coffee from room service 24/7. It comes in a carafe that keeps it warm.

Look at the deck plans... we were on the Fjord deck too (9). The Garden Buffet was up 2 flights of stairs.

NCL could have the cleanest ships/resorts in history for all I know. But after seeing this, and others like it, I'll NEVER use an in-room coffee pot again. I only use the glasses if they come sealed in celophane.

At night before you go to bed, fill out your room service card and hang it outside on your door. You can request just coffee, or even a full breakfast chosen from the room service menu. Just make sure that you put it out by the specific time that is stated on the card.

 

You will also fill in what time you want your breakfast delivered and room service will call about 15 minutes prior to the delivery. So you get two for one...a wake up call and your coffee to enjoy on your balcony.
