My 85 year old mother & I are cruising on the Quest 9/26, Western Med. We booked 6028 on the advice of our TA. Has anybody been in that room? or any of the A2 cabins on Deck 6? Thanks for any input!!

I was just in an A2 on Quest.

It's a basic room - but there is lots of drawer space. The bathrooms are smallish, and the shower seems especially so, but then I'm a big boy. Be careful about water temp in the shower - it's not very stable and moved from cold to hot in rapid succession. If your mom can't step back quickly, keep it on the cool side.

No worries about the ride - I thought it was as stable as the M-class ships, even thought it's 1/3 the tonnage - the engineers did something right on the stability.

cheers.

Thank you for the response!!:D Our 1st time on Azamara - we did 9 cruises on the Marco Polo - Mom was very comfortable with that ship and its size... I'm sure she'll like the Quest... As long as she is able to GO---we will cruise!!!
