Terri I sent an email for which it took them a couple weeks to reply to because they were on vacation. As of this morning, my reservation is firm. Terri Last year, when I was emailing them, she finally called me because the emails she was sending me kept getting returned to her. Evidently Comcast was blocking emails from Bermuda because as soon as I gave her my gmail address I had no problem getting responses back.
