Active excursions

We are looking for something to do in Barbados with our two boy, 12 & 15. We want to do something active such as bike, hike etc. We might be kayaking and snorkling in Antigua so we are looking for something different to do. Any recommendations? Anyone try "snuba?" How about bike or horse trips? Thanks:D

I would recommend the Hike and or bike tours. The area (Highland Adventure Centre) where this takes place is really nice and you and they will be very active.

Hi, we did the Barbados Rainforest Hike & Cave Adventure shore excursion on RCCL cruise last year, and it was a treat. Great guides, fascinating stuff to see, and was fun seeing the looks on peoples' faces as we trudged back on to the ship wet and muddy. :D
