I'm new... Room upgrade question?

My girlfriend and I are going on Glory in 2 months. Everything is payed for, but I want to surprise her with a room upgrade to ocean view or balcony. Can I do this, and who would I contact to do this? We booked through a travel agent if that info is needed.

Call your TA and ask...:) They'll know the procedure, and get your new pricing, as well as available options! Good luck!..:D

Just call your agent and tell them you want to upgrade. It's not a problem if an upgrade is still available.

You can pretend to book and see the prices. Just subtract whatever you paid from the current price and call your TA if you are interested.
