I have over eight cabins booked and was told to speak with someone in the group department and they would transfer me. After 10 minutes of complete silence (not even hold music) I gave up and called back. Just got a different person on the phone, asked to be connected to the group department, she said no problem and again, I'm just sitting here with the phone on my ear having no clue if I'm on hold, if they disconnected me, or what!?! After being disconnected a second time I called C&A and they were very helpful in giving me the number and connecting me (which magically worked that time!).
