Does Carnival use those plastic ID bracelets for the kids that RCCL uses? You know, the type that have a bunch of holes and they snap in place only to be removed with scissor after you no longer need the bracelet?

They did when we sailed. She wasn't able to use the Camp because she was too young, so I don't remember it having anything to do with the Camp. I thought it was to idenify the Muster Station in case we got separated.

Yes, it has the muster station on it. In case of ship emergency while in camp the counselors split up the kids into muster stations and try to get them to their families.
