Belize on Good Friday?

We are going to be in Belize this year on Good Friday. I am just wondering if it wil be business as usual there or will many places be closed. We are looking at taking the water taxi to Caye Caulker so I'm especially interested in businesses there. I'm assuming the port shops will be open but I'm wondering about elsewhere.
