balmoral 25% discount for the storms

just been trying to redeem the 25% discount to go on the 2 wk Balmoral

Norway cruise 31 May. Discovered that the 25% discount is from FO cheapest price (inevitably more than anyone else's), not the cheapest price from any agents ! Makes a huge difference. So if you see big adverts for FO cruises in the press don't think you can take 25% off those prices. The letter we all received from FO when we got back is very misleading.:(
