FLL to POM car rental question

Hi All,

We will be travelling in July to FLL leaving out of Miami for the cruise. I am thinking a car rental would be best since we are coming a day before departure. Does anyone know a car company near the port that offers shuttles to the port? Any advise would be helpful.

We rented from Avis in FLL and returned the car to downtown Miami. They do not have a shuttle but the taxi ride was only about $10.
