Parking downtown with Jeep?

On our last visit we rented a jeep but didn't go downtown. This time we would like to leave time for downtown shopping and a visit to Carlos and Charlies. Are their places to park (especially by Carlos and Charlies) and if so, would it be easy to find?

Easiest place to park near C n C´s is in the mall parking lot out back. There are 2 entrances, one off the main waterfront street (Melgar) and the other off a side street (calle 7). Parking anywhere else downtown is a challenge for us residents, never mind a clueless (and I mean that in the nicest sense of the word!) tourist. Parking there is free, and you can explore the rest of downtown on foot from there. Have a great vacation!!!
