Do the obc show up on the cruise personalizer? I don't see them listed in the personalizer. Should I just check at the pursers desk when I get on the ship?

If they are issued direct from Princess, you should be able to see them. If the credit comes from your TA, then they won't show up there but you can check at the pursers desk and get a read out of your account once onboard.

If you've booked through a TA, the credits should be listed in their booking summary. If they aren't, just check at the Pursar's Desk; bring a copy of any documentation that says you should be getting the credits. If you booked directly with Princess, the OBC will show on your Personalizer but since they aren't there, I'm assuming you booked through a TA.

Hi - I'm from Australia, I'm not too sure if our cruise personaliser is different to US - but my OBC turns up in my "Balance & Payment" area - no where else. I booked direct with Princess. Hope this helps.;)
