ONBOARD BOOKING Question

We have been on several cruises, all booked through our Carnival planner. Friends of ours think that they can book cheaper while onboard on their next cruise. Does anyone know if this is a better deal, or is this fiction? :cool:

Not cheaper, same price, but you get OBC to spend. The amount depends on how long the cruise is.
