Crown princess cabin suggestions

rcha

Recommended Posts

We are new to princess and thinking of booking Caribbean cruise March 2010.

We will need at balcony or minisuite. Any suggestions for position of cabin.

Aft cabin, what deck etc or even particular numbers helpful.

Hopefully those experienced will help out a Princess novice.

Thanks

:)

The cabins in each classification are all the same inside, with maybe one or two exceptions, so in that respect there is nothing to distinguish one from another. Some of the balcony cabins have small, covered balconies, and some are partially covered and larger. Then there are aft balconies that are fully covered and very popular. Minisuites on Dolphin deck have uncovered balconies. The minis on Emerald are covered, and tend to book quickly.

Location isn't that big a deal when the weather is nice. If you do happen to run into some snotty weather, I think it's better to be miship or aft, rather than forward. The earlier you book, the better cabin selection you have. If you absolutely must have a certain cabin, be sure to avoid guarantee bookings, and have your travel agent mark the booking "no upgrades".
