PG cabin location

Hi All,

 

We have a cabin on the 7th level right in front of the elevators. Does anyone know what the noise factor will be?

It should be fine, Jenny. Those elevators are very nearly silent and announce their own arrival with just a soft little 'ding'. Once your cabin door is closed you won't know there's an elevator anywhere nearby.

Marna Lou is right, our cabin a couple of weeks ago was near the elevator (713) and we didn't hear it at all. Jenny, I hope your cabin is on the starboard (right)side of the ship. Those are the best views!

It shouldn't be a big problem. You don't mention which set of elevators (front or back). We met friends who were in 752 (I think) and they mentioned noise in the mornings as people came up to the Connoisseur Club. But they weren't too unhappy, they had been given a free upgrade from an F guarentee!

That is our cabin# 752! Right in front of those elevators.....
