I e-mailed Virgin Island Ecotours regarding their kayak through the mangroove excursion. They have not responded to me. Do you know anything about this company? Are they still in business? Are there any other tour companies that offer this?

Yes I am familiar with the Ecotour; I don't know of any other operator running the same or similar excursion on St. Thomas. I would suggest giving them a call.
