We are reviewing a few cruise options for Nov this year as part of our honeymoon , From St Juan to the southern caribbean for 7 nights, we are looking a grand suite aboard the serenade of the seas or possible a balcony suite aboard the caribbean princess, any advice / recommendation would be appreciated. Mademypoint Posted March 31, 2009 #3 Share Posted March 31, 2009 I loved the suites on both ships. I liked the perks on princess better, but the accommodations are almost identical.
tbruin3235 Posted March 31, 2009 #4 Share Posted March 31, 2009 I'm not sure if Princess still offers these perks to suites, but a few years ago on the Grand Princess I got the following when I booked a suite: Free internet Free laundry Free initial mini-bar setup
Cruiser42 Posted April 10, 2009 #5 Share Posted April 10, 2009 Hello! can anyone suggest the best Grand Suite on the Serenade ?? thanks! Lisa:)
wintermom Posted April 10, 2009 #6 Share Posted April 10, 2009 If you enjoy the bar as bar of your suite, Princess lets you have one. RCCL has a very nice bar set up but they no longer let you bring alcohol on board or order it by the bottle for your room. That may or may not matter to you. When we had the Grand Suite on the Voyager, there was a nice large bar and bar area, but you can't stock it with liquor.
